IFSP = Individualized Family Service Plan
The Individualized Family Service Plan is a written agreement between you, the parent, and the agency providing services for your young child (ages birth to three). The IFSP states the specific services your child will receive. This can include speech therapy, special instruction, physical therapy, nutrition services, family training, home visits and much more. The IFSP also discusses your family's strengths, needs and concerns. Information on the IFSP can be found throughout this workshops and through links at the end of the Parenting Section.
