Courageous Leadership Training Courses

Spirit Lake Consulting, Inc. introduces a new line of training products starting with two workshops:

Tribal Leaders with Character, an ethical training program for Indian nations, goes on-line on November 30. If you have ever thought that a return to traditional Native American values was needed, if you are concerned about ethical problems, this course is for you. Tribal workers, council members, board members and program directors have their choice of on-site courses taught in college computer labs or taking the course completely over the Internet.

Courageous Leadership is an on-line course that brings traditional Dakota values of honesty, courage and generosity to bear in solving common problems in reservation workplaces. The course begins with a general introduction to the challenges encountered in tribal employment and then branches out to sections for managers, new employees and business owners. If you are concerned about absenteeism, conflicts or work ethic, you will find valuable information here.
